RETURN / EXCHANGE  POLICY

Lotus Scrubs customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the condition it was received including the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

Please send items to be returned to Lotus Scrubs with a copy of the receipt from your order via UPS or Priority US Mail for tracking purposes. Lotus Scrubs accepts returns for refund within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will, upon request, issue a refund or credit the credit card. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) If you have requested an exchange, we will reship to you free of charge one time. If a more expensive item is requested, the original credit card will be charged the additional amount. Refunds or credit card credits will be issued to the original purchaser of the merchandise.

For exchanges, feel free to place a replacement order on our website immediately, or you may wait until we have processed your return and refunded the cost of your items.

Lotus Scrubs will accept returns of unworn merchandise for full refund or exchange on all Full Price / Sale items purchased at www.lotusscrubs.com provided that the clothing and packaging are returned in their original condition.

Please note that we cannot accept for return or exchange laundered, worn, soiled or embroidered merchandise unless defective. All tags, labels & stickers must remain on the returned items.

Refunds on Full-Price/Sale merchandise will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow your credit card company 14 business days to reflect the refund once we've processed the return. All CLEARENCE marked merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise or a merchandise credit only. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to their returns.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or a packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. To process and expedite your return or exchange, please email [email protected] and include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem.

Because Lotus Scrubs strives to offer the lowest prices for our merchandise and does not impose a restocking fee for returns under 10 items, we can only accept merchandise for return or exchange that has been shipped prepaid. If the merchandise has manufacturing defect or has been shipped to you in error, we will gladly reimburse you for reasonable shipping charges based on our shipping fees. Returns of 10 or more items may result in a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, Lotus Scrubs reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping expenses paid from your refund or merchandise credit in the event that you place an order with us and then refuse the package once shipped. We are available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time to assist you with order changes and cancellation.
